Food and cooking have always been central to my life. After a Modern Languages degree, working in Paris and Madrid, a stint at world-famous Auction House and two American Investment Banks, I knew that food was the area in which I wanted to focus my energies. I am a qualified cook, and Managing Director of Go Free Foods Limited, where I still make our award-winning wheat, gluten, dairy and soya free cakes by hand.
